Has anyone set a weight loss goal this year to prepare for summer?If so what is the time line of the goal and how much do you weigh currently?
Also what type of Food diet are you using currently and supplements.
How much Cardio are you doing?
Maybe this thread will help others or maybe Motivate them for 2011.

Mines 220 by March 1st.. Started the new year at 240lbs. Currently lost 8lbs. Thinking about upping my goal to 210..

My Goal is to get to 215 by august. I am currently at 241 this morning. I am not really on a diet i just quit smoking and drinking pop and cut my portions down. As far as cardio goes i run 2 miles in the morning and then spend 45 mins on the elliptical doing a crosstraining program after my workouts. I also lift heavy 3 days a week and practice on the table for at least 5 hrs every week

Get to 242lbs from a heavy 262lbs before July. Easy. Only 20lbs. Method? Less beer...but not much less. If I ever get good enough for Pro class I think the Supers are too much for my frame. 242's is perfect.

To get to 242 by march 19. I'm 225 Now. I know its weight gain, but that's my goal. Gonna be tough!

167 now and trying to get to 154 by mid Feb. Dont think im going to make it. Started drinking diet drinks and eating better. The weight isnt flying off like I hoped!
