I'm having a heck of a time finding something to make elbow and pin pads out of here. (Afghanistan) I was wondering if anyone would be interested in donating one or two sets so I can finish some tables? I had the welders make some frames. I have tops for them, and just need some pin and elbow pads.
I have quite a few people interested in pulling here, but the plastic lunch tables aren't exactly working out so well.
If anyone can help out let me know, TSmiley98@yahoo.com

Cant help w the donations, but i like my pin lines better than my pin pads. That would be a more convenient way for you to go as well probably. Then youd just need elbow pads.

Sleeping pad cut into 7x7 squares, stacked to thickness. Use old MOLLE sustainment pouches or a MOLLE sleeping bag pouch for cover material. Parachute material would be softer... Paracord for pin lines.
Are you on a FOB, or are you on a major installation with a motor pool / fab shop?
Aviation units use high density foam for lots of stuff. If you are near any Air Force, they are required to have it to make skeleton cutouts for their toolboxes. (tool control). They have some. Vinyl isn't tough to come by. Some office, somewhere, has Flintstone Furniture. If a chair cushion got donated to the cause...
Sounds like a good opportunity for horse trading.
