The reason I'm asking is because it's a lot of work and it has expenses that if only 15 people are going to watch then its not worth the cost and efforts... I need as much feedback as possible so we can make an educated decision.

Honestly, of course the very small armwrestling community is going to watch it. I would have to say that it's not worth the expense, assuming it is expensive.
If it's going to be on ArmTV, have Gary put it up ASAP and use the money for something else. JMO
If it is broadcasted Live, you can bet your ASS I'll be watching though. ;D
