Hello Mr.Ron Klemba ,
Could you please tell us how much weight you actually performing there in your avatar??. it looks real stacked..nice!!.
I guess you do some kind of static/table curl combination there, Am i right about the exercise itself??
And we could see during the last years/month that your avatar changes into a (same style) picture with a bigger and bigger dumble.
You are not heavier than 180 pounds if i am not mistaking.so congrats for achieving the ability to working with such a dumble(?) month after month..Armwrestlers definitely can learn from you sir alot.
I want to share Little about myself first. so we can learn about each other and so you know , why in general i am very interested about this kind/similar of exercises:
I have alot of experience with heavy-dumble-biceps-half-curls for years now. (just for information...i do/done alot of heavy-good form of full curls also but this is not my subject here)
Last week, i could break my old "PR" in AW-Biceps-Half curls and it felt great and everybody in my club (of course mostly me ;D ) are still high and happy that i broke my old "record". Now i can surely say (knowing that no record is eternal) that this "record" should be very difficult to break in my (169-170 pound right now) weight devision (pound for pound) over here in Germany and maybe not only here who knows!?!...anyway i will definitely take another shot in two month(my bones, tendons and muscles need that time to being prepared to lift and break the limit again) at my birthday ;D at it again and i will film it for sure (cause no one can say when the personal best record is set forever )...i am sure a lot of ppl knows exactly what i am talking about.
From my mentality there is no barrier in my head til now..but i have to say that i could build this kind of strength through extremely hard work on the one hand but slow (6 years) on the other hand.
so in general i am very positive that everyone can build this kind of strength (or any kind of strength) up to personal abilities, present mind & body-limits & continuousness.
I am very happy that i could inspire my younger club-members alittle more with that "HoMe-RuN" live and i am looking forward to your answer and wish you the best for the future!
A.K
