I agree with everything except for laying down for a team mate.
That's team strategy as needed. You can't knock that. Besides that has nothing to do with seeding the bracket and has nothing to do with the tournament or it's director.

I will say this you guys have your opinions and others have theirs on how to enter and compete in tournaments. All this BS and boohoo seating is the way you look at things. I think your wrong with the way you think about this. My opinion.

David, I am in full agreement with Ryan. I have given many teammates a win to come back and pull them in the finals. Beating teammates leads to rivalry in my experience and I would rather avoid their weight classes if possible (that's why I pull up in weight so often). With that being said, when it comes to brackets we have always put them together randomly. If two teammates came up and said they didn't want to pull each other than we would put them at different ends of the brackets as a courtesy. I have been to many tournaments where I pulled teammates in the first round and I am not a big fan of it.

Ive never heard a football coach whine and tit because the other team ran an organized play against them..... cheating sleepers!!

Likewise if you paid for the wheel (entry fees) it's yours to do what you want. And if you want to give it to the guys whose tires are bald so that he has a better shot at the finish line then so be it.

I agree with David about mapping out a bracket (not that I amaccusing anyone of that). TK, I don't mind you putting someone that asks for me in the first round against me. Just do me a favor, let me know who they are before I get on the table with them.

I really can't belive what I'm reading....I'm glad this came up now I will know what's up next time I enter a tourny....since I don't have team mates I enter a tourny with so we can't lay down for eachother I guess I'm always gonna be screwed....I honestly had no idea this went on...jus me being a newbie I guess.....Ryan I hope you can look at your wins and rankings with a good feeling....matter a fact that goes for anyone who's won that way....cause this is really sad...not that I really matter.....but if you tell the new guys y'all do this I find it hard to belive they come back for more.....jus my opinon.

I think ALL tournaments should be a random draw. If you want to purposely match up people, then do supermatches with them.
