What is the hardest offensive move to defend in armwrestling. Toproll hook tricep press shoulder roll Very high side pressure like Richard Lupkes European style
Just wondering from what the toughest to stop off the first GO

In my opinion, the two hardest moves are the slice hook, which you almost have to go into it with your opponent to avoid getting out of position real quick, the other is the flopped wrist tricep press becasue you have to set up a particular way to defend against it and you could be screwed if your opponent decides to do another move last minute.

OR...whatever ur weakest at......Well, according to some, U have to be well round in every "move"..Must have been an American that coined that, right Rustam?.. ...Or you can just get stronger at what ur good at.. A fast wrist chop/press (whatever it is called). It can beat guys twice as strong as you if you don't foul by your hand touching your chest.

A fast wrist chop/press (whatever it is called). It can beat guys twice as strong as you if you don't foul by your hand touching your chest. just have to be able to apply enough back pressure to stay out of it or wait till they break their arm
