How much do you work out a week for arm wrestling?

I work out 10a hrs every week just for pulling i dont care about a bikini body i just want power i dont care how much i weigh i have gained 25 pounds from when i started pulling sep2010

Well Robin, Our guys pull twice a week (Wednsdays & Sundays) The other days we have our own personal workouts in between practice.

3-4 hours table time on Sundays, 4 days a week in the gym, about 2 hours each day.

Thats how long i pull on table when im home to shawn nice Length of the practice depends on how many people we have. Yesterday there was only 3 of us so it was closer to 2 hours. Constant pulling like that wears you down a lot faster.

That is true Shawn, however in some ways I get more stamina that way. Just on the off chance I get 12-14 pullers in my class at a tournament (like the on in Florence,OR in April)

Robin, I generally pull every 2-weeks but do AW'ing specific exercises 3x a week.
Just trying to save gas @ this point as I used to pull every week for 3-4 hrs. (My camp is 45-min to an hour drive) I feel the 2-week practices helped w/ my recovery though...

Workout 4 days a week specific arm wrestling movements Practice once a week about 90 minutes high intensity Everybody is a little different how there body responds Listen to your body find what works for you Good Luck
