Matthias Schlitte, what is the deal with the difference between his arms---reminds me of Hellboy. Anyone here seen Hellboy Syndrome before? Seriously, how did such a massive imbalance occur in his arms and hand? Only training right handed, a defect with his left, synthol injections...? Has he had a surgery on the left? My left is slightly smaller than the right, and I have seen differences like John Brzenk's right and left, but nothing ever like this. Does anyone else out there suffer an imbalance of 1-2 or more inches between bicep/bicep, forearm/forearm, and one huge hand versus the other? If so, what was the cause?

That has got to be some kind of deformity. First time I saw him in a WAF video, I was seriously like WTF!!?? Reminded me of Chubbs' wooden arm on Happy Gilmore

Oleh Zhokh UKR might have the same disorder. His left is much bigger than his right. He is not that well known to the world but he is impressive on the table.
2010 Results: Nemiroff World Cup champion -63 kg
2011 Results: EAF european champion -65 kg Nemiroff World Cup champion -70 kg WAF World champion -70 kg
He is practically the best -70 kg armwrestler in the world.
His disorder looks worse than Matthias'. The palm of his hand was huge and diformed and his index finger was also diformed. I refereed him at the Europeans and he broke 2 straps in one match. We realised after the second straps that we should tie the buckle a little lower so that his toproll wouldn't hit it and brake it.

In this picture you can actually see that the tip of his index finger is missing. He only has a thin line of finger nail.
