I haven't even seen the video yet, BUT before this thread gets out of hand, I thought I would comment. I have known Chris since he was 16 years old. He is absolutely a genetically gifted person. He was crazy strong at a very young age.

What Bob said about Chris is absolutely true as I also met Chris at 16 a BULL. Chris I have always and still do full range of motion excersises. I think it builds more healthy muscles and tendons!

Chandler Genetically superior, Maby maby not, but I can tell you this he's prolly gonna kick your ass either way, and when did it become anybody else's buisness what is natural and ok or not...oh wait Gods gift to us; was the gift of Choice. we choose to do what we want to do.... some sour puss's just don't agree,or can't get to that level of commitment becouse they just don't have it in them.....its the choice the make to quit or give up or to be ordinary....... To each his own and to those who don't like it I give you the middle finger

I'm going to have to get ArmTv one of these days. These interviews are getting interesting. John Milne....without ARM-TV......!?! i would had lost money very quickly if i had to take a bet on this... ;D just go get it man...its some kind of essential food no matter if you like beef or vegies .... I mean no matter if some1 is trying to find more about the basics or can perform a can-opener frequently with a smile like yourself... Its "meat-and-potatoes" ... Gary is doing a fantastic job for years now..;D....anyway. i have something to share about the "genetic" thing also...have to write it ...some secrets in fun included.

Yes, I'll agree Gary is doing a great job. One of these days I'll have to finally give in.
