Go see a neurologist to get a nerve conduction test. Your nerve seems like it was pinched/damaged during the armbreak carnage. Sounds nasty but nerves do come back. Time is of the essence though. My herniated disk sat on the nerve in that area so long that it was flattened. I waited too long to get help from a neuro before I opted for surgery. It takes at least as long as you have had the symptoms to overcome them. 1 month of nerve pressure would require 1 month of healing after nerve resolution give or take. I don't feel pain like most people, not to say I am some sort of badass, but maybe I'm just too dumb to care about it. If I was smart enough to listen to my body, I would have done something about the pain. Because of my pride and general disdain for medical doctors, I have to deal with irreversible nerve damage in my left leg from here on out. Sounds funny until a doctor tells you after conclusive testing that you will never regain feeling in your foot and lower leg. 60% is the best I'll ever have...

Yes good advice. In addition (since you most likely did actual damage to the myelin sheath of the radial nerve) it would be advisable to take a product like this to accelerate the regeneration process: www.planetaryherbals.com/products/GP1539/ Nerves in general are the slowest healing tissues of the body. They heal slower than bone, so anything you can do to speed up the process may take months off your recovery time. Scott Johnson, D.C.

its fairly common. my brother broke his arm and couldnt make a fist for 4 months. Hoffman is suffering from a minor version of it right now as well. It all depends on how bad that nerve was damaged

It took ashley 6 months to regain most of her movement in her hand and wrist, now she has 100percent of her motion back and has pulled 4 or 5 tournaments since she broke it, stronger than she ever was and doesn't train at all

I didn't have the surgery, and didn't have nerve damage, temporary or not.
