Are there any videos to this yet? I really want to see them. I love that South Korea is in love with the sport now! Yeah! The more the better! I do know there is activity in Malaysia and Philippines as well. It hasn't gotten a lot of exposure or grown too much as far as I know. But there are occasionally competitions there.

Well, in terms of official teams and clubs I don't think there are any. The fire fighters/police have a "crossfit style" games where they armwrestle. You might can talk to the local police or firefighters and inquire about wanting to teach them technique in the sport, and get a chance to feel some arms and getting someone hooked with interest. Brendon Buenaflor from Davao City was the best in the country. I don't have any contact info for him though. Since steroids are legal without a script in Phils, you might as well as go to any gym and there will be a juice monster there. lol I know you guys don't have intentions of injuring anyone or boosting egos by beating novices (Ya'll are above that) so if you casually get to know the local gym members you might can get something going. I'm ready to go to see if I can eat a 36 inch Caldo Pizza with just me and my girl! ($30) sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/304057_209268089136544_616205588_n.jpg Eric- I will be in Sampaloc Manila for a month sometime next year. If I remember I will message you on here to see your whereabouts. Maybe we could meet up. John - I made a stop in Cebu a few years ago. I had no complaints about the place at all. I hope both of you guys have fun!

I recognize some of those guys.... It was an honor and very humbling to be able to travel there and train with the Korean team. I just watched that video again yesterday. Also very humbling to have any role in helping to progress the sport anywhere, it is what I am about in this sport and I believe it is for many others as well, which is what makes armwrestling the greatest athletic endeavor I have ever had the privilege to be involved in. Congrats to the Korean Team
