The reason I'm asking is because it keeps me at a disadvantage if I'm trying to hook. Because even if I can flex their hand in I can't turn them enough to really get them much outta neutral. So I'm wondering if there are any elite or veterans who have had this issue. How they handle it or overcame it.

Wow. Surely daily stretching can improve this since its not injury related. Im not qualified in any way shape or form, but id say if u make it a priority to do stretches for them 2 or 3 times everyday that it will definitely improve.

I did try that for a little over a month. Not long I know, but at that point there was no noticeable difference. Still do them sometimes though. Thanks

I am pretty close to that bad with my right. I can't cap with my right, nor can I attempt a high hook or toproll effectively. I almost primarily low hook or knife with my right. Glad I am not the only one. If I try to stretch or gain mobility it makes my fingers tingly and numb.

Yeah John, i get the same tingling I bet. Its a pretty simple action so other then just stretching my wrist like it would flexing i dont know what else could be done. But if anyone knows of some actual stretching technique or something that might help. I was really hoping to hear that So-n-so had that problem and he did this.. but I understand I may just be stuck with it.
