Happy Birthday Mr Lupkes! Richard is a great inspiration to sportsmen and women around the world, being as dominant as he has been in this sport, especially at the age of 56 today with his awesome physique. It’s very encouraging to see Richard in the Armwrestling World Top 10-ish. Of course we have the strange situation of Devon Larratt’s ugly twin at #1 with him… … but if having 11 in the Top 10 means we can sneak in a Leviathan, I’m all in favour of it. I’ve always said that if radio DJ’s cut the smalltalk we could have 50 songs in the Sunday Top 40 charts, why not? If they gave you 7 hotdog rolls in your dozen pack, you can have that test-run bun you always seem to require. Michael Todd is in the unique position now of being the only man in the world to be able to say that there is only one man ranked higher than himself; His name is Devon Larratt… and Denis Cyplenkov.USA now sports 5 pullers in the Top 10-ish. That is truly amazing, so many awesome pullers in North America, especially considering the popularity of AW in Europe. Jerry “ Flopwristed Vengeance” Cadorette makes return and the Battling Bulgarian has upset the cart somewhat. And then I’m very proud of my countryman Terence Opperman moving up the rankings in the left and right. I read that apparently Terence was ¼ inch away from securing a world title in Brazil, but stopped because he thought his opponent was hurt. Does anyone know what the story was? Anyway, have a great one Richard!

Happy birthday to Richard and STEVE PHIPPS on the 7th today for STEVE. I stayed up to celebrate STEVES and I won't have to Armwrestle in the same class for the worlds in Nevada in 2015. Both you guys won't be 60 yet. One more chance to get a WOLRD championship metal. All the metal winners should have them make them new ones and they can keep the old ones for a party joke. Hope that both of you have a better 60th. Mine has been a very interesting and I'll let you know how it finishes. I'll be 61 in november. Looking up for next year. Sammie
