My thoughts and prayers are with you Todd. I detached my flexor and my prontor muscle at the elbow the end of Sept in Vegas. So I know what you are going through. Keep a positive attitude and stay focused. You will be back stronger then ever.

*sigh* Terrible, terrible news, but WHAT A WARRIOR! Complete detachment you say? And Toddzilla just walked it off... shook it off like minor cramp. Gotta love it. It's a sad day. But Hutchings won't give up, so in some ways he will be stronger as a result. Regards.

The trick is to go 13 weeks without jerking it. After that, it's on for strength training again. What I don't remember is how long you have to wait to really test it on the table...that might be longer...like 6 months or more. I'm sure the Doc has good advice...I had the outer bicep come off...It looks Like Todd had the inner one come off his fore arm. Tim Bresnan had the same thing happen to him when he first started arm wrestling, so you can come back from it!!!
