Man I'd really love to. I'm kind of in a tough spot right now. If things were better for me I'd be all over it. I'd like to pull a lot of guys on that list and I love formats like that. The time isn't good for me right now unfortunately.

From losing to Matt Harris in a hook at a 165lb ruler of the nation event to now cutting to make 230 and beating Ron Bath! Hmmmmm....that's a lot of water retention right therrrrrr.

Take all the crap you want blame it on what you want you could never look this good. Douche Ummmm, I'm pretty sure that was in 2007. Which woulda made you 19 or 20. Either way, I'm sure it's perfectly normal to put on 60 or 70lbs of lean mass in 6 years. Oh wait, I'm sure you have just worked harder than me... I'm not hating at all, I'm perfectly fine with how I look. Trust me, I wouldn't trade my lean solid 200lb frame for your bloated body/tiny head. I'm a good 98 puller (all the time), with a great career, 401k, nice home, family and a small business. I may never make the elite status, because armwrestling is a small part of my world, but I've made good friends all over North America in this sport and not just on this board. I'm as real as they get, you can bank on that! I just won't drink the koolaid and play dumb when clowns like you blow up. I think it's funny as a mfer.

p.s. dont need any supps to beat any of the guys on the list!!!! And there it is ... The biggest case of denial in board history !! You do realize the "supps" are why you are at your current form and climbed the ladder from when you used to bounce off Bryan Johnson in a hook... Every time !! So while you may not need them day of if we were to get technical... It was all their doing to even get you mentioned in this thread... Accept it. You are not on a board with a bunch of unmotivated, non working, bad gene bums.... Most on here workout hard... And often... And treat their bodies to decent nutrition... And even have a level of genetic gifts themselves... Yet you play the chosen one that make 10 times the progress because you are you...c'mon dude. Call it what it is... I think it's funny... Do what you want to your body, but don't try to sell me hard work and genes because of your rapid growth in arm size... I entered this sport at an almost 19" arm... Almost 10 years later it's a little over that...yet you can add 4" in that time.... Do some research about limiting growth factors ...your body NATURALLY will only grow so much. Like I said, just don't sell it, you are a bodybuilder, that's the game... Its common knowledge... The way you look has zero to do with genetic advantage and people calling it out has zero to do with jealousy...

Bingo. All I did was smoke him out of his hole. A little jab and boom, out he comes. To call folks jealous that shed light and perspective on someone's performance is BS. His armwrestling credentials have always been legit. He was a good puller before and after the transformation. But, like Rob said, don't insult our intelligence and/or work ethic. Lots of folks train hard and practice often. All of these guys that are good pullers that have made 60lb weight shifts and aren't fat asses are suspect. Or if you were already a grown man pulling 98's, and now you weigh 275 and carrying it, c'mon cuz.... This is a strength sport and it's chicken shat to turn yourself into a science project and then wanna compete against blue jean wearing working stiffs for a couple hundred bucks and a trophy. Try out for Jersey Shore part deaux or do the body building/strongman thing.
I'm not one to boast (anyone that has met me knows this) but I'm no bum physically, on the table or in life. I've put in 7 long, painful years of training and traveling into this game so, I'm not gonna hold my tongue when I see or smell bs on here or at a tourney.
