Just an idea, but for $300 each I think each guy should pull more than once. Given fouls... Flashes... Previous wars etc., it's easy to get a skewed result. I think the whole "anyone can be beat on a given day" is only true in part... Circumstances might get you a surprise win or get you that position to score a pin, but doing it repeatedly is another story . The only guy who is going to score consistent pins is the better guy. With that being said in the round robin format there is a margin for game changers... But if you ran it once... Gave the guys a rest... Maybe run a few tournament classes, then have them pull again in a different order... Then everyone pulls everyone randomly twice... Hell.. I say for the most accurate result have them all randomly pull a third time to close out the event... I know it's time consuming, but this isn't a spectator thing yet and not a format for tv... This is for the pullers and really minimizing the what ifs and finding out who is best. The cream rises to the top and given more pulls you minimize getting a bad draw... If you keep getting bad draws... Maybe you aren't the best or are at least equal with others equally deserving the win.
I'd throw down $500... To compete in a class like that, but pulling only once someone can squeak out the W when in reality they weren't the best guy.

The round robin is of interest to me... Have to see what the next few months have on store... There are a few events I want to hit, gotta map out which best suits me

If the Round Robin is right handed only Bucky Russell will be there said he will send his deposit this week.
Also said he would like a super match left handed best 3 out of 5 (500min) but not quit ready for Doug Allen or Ron Bath.
long way to drive for just the RR.

Given the amount of money on the line, I would be okay if 5 or less pullers were in the mix to run a round robin twice. I agree with what you are saying above 100% but for timing issues we wouldn't be able to run the class 3x.

We don't have any more room for additional super matches but he is welcome to jump into the +199 and up class left and right and bust some hands back.

I think RVJ would be the favorite vs Chris. Even if Rob is 198. I think he's just that type of puller.
