Guy's & Gal's These guys are going around getting people to sign 1 year Agreements (Contracts) for NO Compensation! They are taking you off the market for nothing! When a "real" TV deal comes around you will be tied up on this "contract” that you didn’t need to sign. Think about why they want you to sign this contract, they want to take you off the market! The funny thing is you really don't need to sign anything until there is a signed network deal in hand. They must have a "sizzle reel" deal where a network gives a production company a small amount of money to come up with an idea and if the network ends up liking what they see they then can take the first option at buying the show. Now I'm not saying they wont end up with a deal, I'm just saying in my opinion the way they are going about things is not good for our sport or the people in it. They DO NOT need contracts on this many people at this point. I wouldn't sign anything until I saw a signed "Network" deal and some money being compensated for my time. Nor would I sign anything without an entertainment Attorney looking out for my best interest first! A 1 year “Agreement” to not work with any other production company or utilize any outside sponsors is a “Contract” limiting you from working with any other company and you are signing such a contract for FREE, zero compensation all because they came to you with hopes and a camera…… Maybe I'm being selfish but after 3 years plus and hundreds of thousands of dollars from Bill and I making the UAL what it is and working as hard as we have to get this sport out there and then to see so many Pullers sign deals with these guys (which are not allowed at our events) is kind of a slap in the face! We have been working on TV deals for 2 years, we are not asking people to "Sign" contracts with us or our production company were simply asking you NOT to sign there's! Why take yourselves "Off" the market?

I have decided to remove the "Agreement" at this point simply because I believe the same 30 people that have looked at this chain 100 times have seen it and my point has been proven. READ ALL CONTRACTS BEFORE YOU SIGN THEM

Armwrestlers aren't always the smartest bunch including myself at times but it doesn't make sense to sign my talents and personal story away without the ability to shop myself around for my best interest. Maybe somebody can break it down for as to why it makes sense to sign a year contract with no option of pay

Lawyers are good. I'll have mine present before signing anything other than autographs.

This is crazy!! A lot of these guys will miss a real opportunity. I have no problem signing a contract but I know I have worth as a person and competitor and I want atleast the option to see that out. Sponsors allow me to travel and they would be taking even that away

Jake - The funny thing is this is a year contract with an extra 9 mo extension for them after they get the commitment which could take 12 mo. so overall they "Own" you for 21 mo. It also reads they can "Require" you to attend an event which could "Cost" you money from your regular job in turn not paying you so now your paying them.... It makes no sense to me. I just hope the blind aren't following the blind on this one.... Lol I was wondering how long this would take, personally I wouldn't sign anything without compensation, if I'm not being paid why do I need to be under contract? I'd like to hear Allen Fishers opinion on this .....he made personal calls to many of my team the day before our practice in which undertow was present, and it was clear he thought they "have the armwrestlers best interest at heart"

Lets get all this on the table . Everyon i contacted to sign a releases needs to if there practicing with me. Undertow has a great chance at a show as robert said nothing is for sure until its on paper but its not a sizzler real deal i assure you . Anyway the two shows are miles apart from each other and the release dose not stop you from competing at any event so again the people i contacted to sign a release can contact me Don Underwood at 816-337-0824 BEcause i have been filming for over a year with Undertow and this is a huge chance for armwrestling to get on the map. I also will be glad to give any other reference to you to make you feel better. I wont throw stones at anyone with a chance to do something with this sport. So good luck to all involved with any other projects

I believe Allen fisher doesn't care about the money or the lack of it but I do care about money and I know there is a promotion called UAL that has shown us time and time again that they can put a bad ass show together and make big moves.

Don, These contracts are simply Wrong my friend...I love you like a brother but this is complete crap to have people sign "Exclusive" agreements when there is No guarantee or compensation. Please show me in "writing" where this is more than a sizzle reel. "People lie about numbers but numbers don't lie about people" the same goes for this. I would never stop anyone from joining the production of a show but pulling the covers over their head for a sizzle reel and "Hopes" of getting on TV for NO MONEY or compensation is bull crap. Especially when it limits them to one opportunity!!!!! I can not have people on tour with UAL after they sign that garbage contract and you know it. With that said I'm not asking for people to sign contracts or limiting them to UAL events. Where does this make sense for these "Pullers" ? Are you and Fisher getting paid to sign people up? That is the rumor....

What a brilliant contract if your Undertow and the worst I’ve seen for the opposing side, reguardless it's a huge win for the sport if they pull it off....
I been in this sport for over 30 years and armwrestling has got more activity/interest in the last 12 month than I’ve seen in years….
Everyone wants to be on TV and everyone is excited to see a company take this to the next level, being star struck and being smart is apples and oranges…
Everyone is entitled to choose whom they work with, Roberts concern is the best interest of the pullers.
Armwrestling is going places, like never seen before..I hate to see opportunities pass you up.
Things you should consider:
Read each paragraph carefully and know your rights..

Don I hope the show goes well. I really do. I just personally don't want to be so limited so early on. If I could could compete in other promotions and still take advantage my own sponsors until there was an actual deal ready to sign then yeah I'd be all for it. But the limitations so early on are killing it for me.
