I like the different idea of seeding the brackets. I would like to give josh his credit tho, he does a pretty dag gum good job staying on top of almost every tourn in the u.s and out of the u.s.....i have NEVER seen him not be able to give a detailed description of why someone got ranked somewhere, from what tourn they won or got beat and when it was. His memory for that $hit is unreal. Props to josh..... continue with bracket seeding and points ranking discussion guys.......lmao

Having a single place where tournament results are posted would only be helpful. I know there is a column on this site, but dedicating a site just to results would allow whoever to apply the seeding idea, IMO.

Basicly it's exactly what you are suggesting but using numbers instead of letters. 0-1200 =novice 1200-1600=amature 1600-2000=expert 2000-2200=pro 2200-2400=world class 2400-2800=elite Of course if an elite beats a novice there would only be a 1-2 point swing (elite gains a point, novice looses a point) but if the novice beats an elite there could be a 200+ point swing etc... I personally like this idea. I do not run a lot of events but I do run a few. PM me your address and I will send you copies of what I have for brackets to get you started. I know it isnt much but we have to start some where.

We should really consider running tournament software. Having the data on computer would make it very easy to sort through. Having the entire match history of every puller instantly available would make the ranking job a lot easier to manage.
