If you need a sauna for those last few lbs for this weekend I talked to the manager at the LAC, he said for $5 you can use the sauna or whatever else there.
If you take I65 N from Louisville to the Veterans Parkway exit (in Clarksville,IN) go left, follow that road around you will see it on the left close to the Bass Pro Shop.
Tell them you are there for the KY Muscle armwrestling.
