-Refs got the matches started quickly with no fuss
-Chaffee can get anyone in the world in a losing position
-Zoloev is great
-That Italian kid is gonna be great, he took prudniks hand quickly before the straps.
- Tim B is respected by everyone in the world
- Pushkar has an inconsistent hit (like me!!)
- Dennis is developing an armlock ala Todd and Crazy George... scary

I thought everything you did Joe!
Semeranko looked wikid strong until he pulled Puskar lol
Germany who took 2nd with the wikid right arm (mathesis?) is such a powerhouse and great sport. Love talking to this guy in Poland
Video and stage was AMAZING! Even my wife loved watching some of the matches.
Italy in 86kg? Has a SOLID wrist, great matches

Well, I highly doubt you train in a country where it is the norm and accepted, most if not All your teammates are on... And you are the guy who isn't.
If there was a surprise testing snatching people up at the podium there would be lots of leftover medals for next year That was a very very "high octane" event

I watched an interview with Pushkar talking about what it would take to beat Cyplenkov. Pushkar talked about his "Kings move".
So stoked for our guys over there. An impressive showing. I love that the USA has some solid pullers competing with the rest of the world. Go USA!
No offense to North Mexico John.

The death of armwrestling's chance to become a spectator sport? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT It's a novelty right now. When it becomes the only move anyone does... this sport is over. That or sit-down will become the new rage.

^^^ agreed. Stand up pulling has led to a lot of trashy, ugly, bs armwrestling (I'm guilty myself). All the extended arms and laying under the table would not be possible sitting down.
While your at it go ahead and get rid of thumb capping and go straight to a refs grip. This would lend to way less slipping, straps and grab-assing in the grip up. Sounds like going backwards, but this $hit is hard to watch live and stay entertained (even if you are a puller). Live spectators and tv viewers are our only way out of this swamp, so we better start focusing that end of it and stop trying to shine this turd the same old we always have.

I would love to take a stab at sit down, I played around with it and felt very good I second all the above !
Egle vaituke looks untouchable, from the commentator she has been for some time
Nice to see sub 200 lbers at top if the mountain... Not 1 or 2... It has been a trend for a good while now. It takes a special person, but then again it takes a special super heavy to compete on that level... So let's lay the weight thing to rest, sometimes if a guy 10 lbs beats you... He may... Just may be the better guy and weight has no bearing

I find it hard to watch sitdown. For seem reason it's not as entertaining. I'd like to try it tho.
