I've seen a few armwrestlers use this stuff (Jeff Hale and Ryan Clark come to mind), but does it really work that well? Just looking for some overall opinions if you've actually USED it for armwrestling.
Thanks.

I use it all the time for sprain / strain. It really does accelerate the healing process.
I can't say I've ever "used it for armwrestling" as it isn't something you "use" to do anything. It helps your body channel inflammation away from an injury spot rather than just letting the inflammation sit around pooling in an area.
Sometimes the pressure of the kinesio tape on you feels like an ace bandage and helps in that regard to ease a little bit of pain.

I've used it, but can never get the stuff to stick for very long.

For me, after I'm done tanning and the oil from my massage has been completely absorbed into my skin. I give my arms a clean shave and then the tape sticks pretty well.
