Minnesota Armsports is pleased to announce that we will be holding a tournament at the Herman Bar and Grill
in Herman, MN, on March 15th. Herman is a little city located on the west side of Minnesota almost exactly in between North and South Dakota. This is a UAL Sanctioned Event!!!!.
Where: Herman Bar and Grill, 418 Atlantic Ave S. Herman, MN, 56248
Time: Weigh ins from Noon to 1:30 tournament starts at 2pm. Novice first then pro!
Entry Fee: $20 per arm for pro, $15 for novice, $10 for novice if you're doing more than one class/arm.
Weight Classes:
Men's Novice Right and Left: 0-175, 176-205, 206+
Men's Pro Right and Left: 0-165, 166-190, 191-220, 221+
Women's Pro Right Arm: 0-143, 144+
IF WOMEN ARE COMING THAT WANT TO DO LEFT ARM LET ME KNOW ASAP AND I WILL ADD A LEFT HAND CLASS if just 2 women contact me they can have a super/challenge match lefty if they want if I hear from at least 3 women ill add one class lefty. Due to low turnouts in the past, more left than right, I need confirmation from ladies before putting up a left hand class and ordering awards. I will order awards at least a month out from the tourney so if I don't hear from 3 women by then but hear from 3 after the class will then be cash only no awards.
There will be cash prizes to the top 3 in all pro classes as well as awards in all classes. The cash prizes are dependent on the number of entry fees in your class, all the pro entry fees will be paid back. Basically a 50/30/20 payout - if u win ur class u get 50% of the entry fee money from that class and second and third splits the rest in approximately a 30%-20% ratio (will round up/down to the nearest dollar). So for example if there are 5 guys in your class and they each pay $20, thats $100. Winner gets $50 2nd gets $30 3rd gets $20. This is the same way it has worked at all my other tourneys with the exception of 2013 Rustic Inn so if you've attended any of those, same thing.
Again, this is UAL sanctioned. If you have any questions feel free to post here, pm me, Facebook me, call me: 612-801-5612 or email me: joshthejedimaster@yahoo.com
If you're not sure whether or not you're eligible for novice feel free to ask. I pretty much follow usaa guidelines for novice which is if you've won 1 novice class with at least 4 competitors you are not eligable for novice (with that arm in that weight class). As always it can also be the promotors decision. If you've never competed you can do novice or pro if u choose to (but sit get ur hopes up if you jump head first into pro).
DO NOT EDIT:
