If you were to move, and wanted to live somehwere where tournaments were regularly held, where would be the best place to go? Just for fun, I created a map that shows how many armwrestling tournaments were held in each state in 2013. These counts are derived from the tournament results section of the Northeast Board, so they are not 100% accurate. But the map does give a sense of where most tournaments are held.

This is really cool, Eric!
Have you done one for the frozen tundra of our Northern Neighbor?

I'd say PA and FL... Plus they are next to other busy states
Cali prob has the most, but that state is so big I doubt hitting all the state events is feasible...
With the way "tv" is looking soon Cali might be the Mecca and far and away the best bet... If not already.

If I was to move it would be FL. Between FL & GA you average about 10 events a year and the climate is great. Plus I would get to train with Mr Wilson.

# of tournaments wouldn't be the only factor in my book. Quality and consistency of practices and climate far out weigh having a tournament in my back yard. Arizona and California by far host the best and funnest practices I have been to ... Eric's Arm Mountain and Stella, Hoffman and Sandman's 100+ attendees and year round sunshine are what I look fwd to again.

John, not yet, but I probably will. Though everyone already knows Ontario is the place to be.

Florida is really cool. Only drawback for South Floridians is it's a long way out to neighbooring states especially through the panhandle.

^ That's no kidding. You're closer to Cuba than Jacksonville.

It would be interesting to meet you two in FL, not sure we would get much practice done at first. But would really be fun.
