Pretty cool show. It would be great to see this become a legitimate college sport.

We are waiting to see if it gets picked up for a second season. Last night was just gonna be the 1 hour finale. When I clicked on a little early, I saw they replayed episodes 1 and 2 leading into the finale. That was unexpected and makes me think they liked the series. They will be replaying all three shows again back to back on July 17 on ESPN2. I think we need to move the venue to a college campus to increase the energy and intensity. On campus with the frats and sororities shouting out would be awesome. I have also recommended expanding it to 8 or 12 schools on the east coast from Boston to Florida. I know we can find some awesome rivalries. I know I'm thinking big here, but we gotta get picked up for a second season first. What did you think about the team concept, points and winning team moves on? Jim

Overall I like the concept, but a few suggestions:
I don't like the 50% guy/girl ratio. It doesn't represent our sport, it looks more like Title 9. I would say have 3 guys and 1 female member on each team along with one alternate.
Maybe incorporate weight classes for the guys, light, middle, and heavy.
Limit eligibility to current undergraduate students only. I would limit the age group the 18-23 range to make eligibility open to 'traditional' college students only.

I think they went 50/50 to evenly represent men and women. I don't know what the demographic is for universities and their alumni nationally. I have a few suggestions of my own and welcome anyone with any kind of suggestion to help make the show better. That is if we get picked up for season two. Several people have been in touch with me and I will take all the ideas we have.
