Thanks Bill! Just started pulling about 2 months ago (after spending about a year watching YouTube videos and becoming obsessed with the sport). I pull with a team here in Dacula, Georgia. I having been pulling once a week for an hour, for the last almost 2 months. Started seriously lifting weights when I joined the Marine Corps back in 2002. I have been lifting weights for the last 10+ years. Mostly bodybuilding routines though. Never really cared about strength too much, just the aesthetics. Been working grip and forearms for the last year, after I started watching armwrestling. Other than that I do a 4-5 day split with my normal bodybuilding routine. And incorporate wrist/grip/forearm training 2 times a week. So far I love the sport, and am loving the table time and training. Just want to be the best I can be! I am 30 years old. 5'11" 215lbs. Arms are 18 1/2" Forearms are 14 1/2" I like long walks on the beach.... J/k lol
I am pulling in the novice class at the southeastern regionals in June. Can't wait! Any tips or advice from you guys is more than welcome. I am here to learn. Thanks!
