Micheal Todd and Tonya Wood held a great event. Nancy and Joe Gonzales are awesome and did a great job filming and the occasional cheerleading And i forgive all for mispronouncing my name. You shall live. I give you permission......this time......j/k ;D Just kidding everybody does it. I promise almost everyone one this board reading my name pronounces it wrong. For the the record........ .... THAMES, sounds like (TEMZ)

Yes, like the river. Every time I pronounce it that way people tell me it's Thames like James with a th that sounds like thimble.

My arm feels like I stuck it in a meat grinder pulling those oklahoma boys
But im feelin a lil better when i lift stuff. I went to practice and my right arm did wanna finish the warm up but my left is feelin great
