Thats spot on Mighty Paul, Don't forget them ladies -60kg, -70kg & 70+kg left and right too !!! :DReally really looking forward to seeing you and the other US competitors here Vic !!! Also had competitors from Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Norway and Italy confirmed so I am sure that the competition will be fierce as usual at ARM WARS this year I have also heard a nasty rumour that some Fat useless 2 year Cripple Bloke is planning a come back at this event !!! well if those are the weight classes I will probably be pulling 85kg and maybe I can get my wife ready for the 70kg weight class, that is if she wants to come out of retirement

Well if they're gonna be that nasty I better train even harder...Hopefully the people that I train with will help me push myself just that little bit more so I have no excuses and I can lay everything on the line once I'm on those British tables

No doubt Neil that's what I have in mind Already back to training as of last night even after pulling the Can-Ams this past weekend ;D From what I keep hearing from the Mighty One I need to get MEGA strong and none of my "little hand tricks" will work against the Mega Brits and Europeans ;D No rule against me trying them though I can't wait to meet many of you that I've met through this board. From what the Mighty One has told me I'm in for one hell of a good time..

Neil! I will try to come to Arm Wars this year too. But it is not sure since I have been having so many vacation-days, and I am not sure that my work will allow me to take more in May, since I will also go to Dubai. But I will try my best, and if I go, I´ll take some of my club-members with me. / M.

Hi Neil, I´ve just booked my flights for ARMWARS. I will arrive at Manchester Airport on Thursday 25th May at 16:20 Hope it is OK for You that I will come one day earlier as usually.
