I will say that I watched the entire event on Sunday and the Masters classes were really exciting! Just because you get "old" doesn't mean that you still can't pull! To start off, John Burgeson and Bert Whitfield had a challenge for right and left best 3 out of 5... WOW!!!!! I wish I had the kind of endurance that these two men had! John and Bert were both amazing! It was definitely great entertainment. Mike, I was wondering where YOU were, as you were quite vocal about the masters classes for Vegas... (not picking on you, just curious) You know, I may be wrong, but it really bothers me when a two day event is still going on and on the second day, the "support" of armwrestlers isn't there on Sunday like it is on Saturday! I truly believe that we should support the amateur, beginner and masters divisions... just as they all support the "pro" classes on Saturday. I realize that some leave on Sunday to go home... but hey... it's armwrestling, right? I love to watch new competitors as well as the rest. Besides, for me, it's nice to be able to sit and watch a tournament instead of having the responsibility of running it. I just wish that more felt the same way and would stay and support the rest of the "family" on Sunday. JMO

Elaine, I was at home wishing I could be there, couldn't get a sponsor, at least the masters finally got some $$$, did the classes have more in them this year? I think you'll start seeing more people in the masters classes when there's $$$ on the line. JMO
