Depends upon what I weigh and or how I feel... ;D
I am pulling whatever I hit the scale at tomorrow and maybe one up.

It is not her fault, it is me eating fast food all the time and lots of it, when she does cook I eat all of that plus whatever she would normally have left for the next days lunch.
One day this week I had the following according to my training spreadsheet.
A coke A Carl's Jr breakfast burger combo with a coke A large tupperware container of scalloped potatoes, hamburger meat and corn. A triple cheeseburger combo from Wendy's biggie sized with a coke Grab bag of Cheeto's and a large Gatorade A king size snickers A double $6 dollar burger combo from Carl's Jr. 2 rows of Oreo cookies with half a tub of cool whip.
Do you think I stayed under the 2000 calorie RDA?
I could make 165 but I really have too much to do to worry about it so I figure I will pull 176 and maybe one up if I am feeling froggy.
Allen are you coming to Denver?

Quite a diet indeed, Simon! I am not sure if I will make it, but will try. Work is unpredictable and can change on a whims notice. I went last week w/o work and now it is threatening to be active over this weekend. Oh well, that is why I came here. BTW, I've tried your numbers again and they go straight to VM.

CHOWHOUND! Those two rows of Oreo's I would die for!!! Are they doublestuff or regular... and the cool whip, well that only has 3 carbs per TBs... not too bad...

I'm with you Elaine. I eat a whole pack of double stuff oreos after making weight. I'll probably stay away from them this year though.
