I'VE RECENTLY VIEWED A COMPETTION ON TELEVISION, AND WELL I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW DO I GO ABOUT PUTTING TRAVIS BADGENT IN HIS PLACE. MY NAME IS TROY HODGES AND I'VE ARMWRESTED ALL MY LIFE. I'VE NEVER BEEN BEATEN LEFT HANDED. ALTHOUGH I'VE ONLY ARMWRESTED TWO COMPETTIONS(WHICH OF COURSE TOOK FIRST) I FEEL LIKE I CAN GIVE TRAVIS A DAMN GOOD CHALLENGE! I'M 23 YEARS OLD, I WEIGH 215LBS.I WORK ON OIL RIGS OFFSHORE. SO PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND INFORM ME HOW DO I ACCOMPLISH MY WISH.OR YOU CAN REACH ME AT 318-332-2553. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
That is like throwing lamb to the wolves. I sent Troy an email saying I understood his enthusiam, BUT there is a Huge difference between lOCAL tournaments, friends and world level competition. And that he mayhave potential , but he should find some people practicing within his state. which IS ? and get evaluated there and then see.

HA HA HA!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats so Funny!!!!! Anyone know this guy? At one time i thought I could beat him too!!!!! Tell him to keep going to tournaments!!!!!! You will lose left handed!!!!! Work your way up.....No NOVICE LEFTY is GONNA BEAT Travis or any other Top Pullers

Well said Guy. There maube pullers out there that feel they can compete because they see them on TV or hear from a friend. Big difference from watching on TV and pulling them on a table.

I am wondering is this Troy Hodges saying that Travis was at these two competitions he pulled at ? At 215 pounds he doesnt sound like he will fair well giving up like 50 -60 pounds or maybe a little less. I would suggest since he is in the oil fields that he contact anyone in Louisiana and catch a ride up to the shreveport thing or maybe come to florida to a practice or a tourney here. I have a couple lefties here that might save him some time on what he seeks. At 215 pounds right handed he sounds like he is right up my ally. If I was a democrat I could tell him I feel his pain if it is all about Travis's Flambouyant behavior but in all truth while Travis is yelling "somebody stop me" in the arena he really isnt as big an A hole as he seems Travis in the past year has probably grown quite a bit living in a little of his own humility. I can see a young buck getting all fired up but unless he has actually been to the mountain and tried to climb it , he should really come to a practice somewhere. Team Louisiana I would think would be the evaluator of choice here. Troy might be strong if he works the drill floor and could be more impressive than anyone expects but armwrestling has come a long way and unless he has been on at least a resemblance of a certified table and has the mechanics down "maybe a natural" , It will be a surprise he will not forget soon having someone half his size rip his hand open and hang off his fingers over the end of the table. Of course that remains to be seen but it is a scenario that has proved itself true more than not. If he makes the big oilfield money then give him a shot but with a warning he should test himself out first with anyone he can find locally with credentials nationally. This is just my opinion and I based it off his age. I have been wrestling a little longer than he has

This may be true, but these types of challenges would be very intriguing to a general audience, more so than a pro vs pro match, I think if presented in a cool way.
People can relate to this no-name guy, and they will root for him, soley because he is the underdog!
And you never know when and where the next Brzenk will appear out of no-where.

This is very true. The Rocky thing always brings out the heart. Fresh meat or not that is the question. I dont think since he has been wrestling his whole life that it will scare him off. He's got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Travis could be his B***h! I dont think the master of starts and pre-GO foreplay will let it go that easy. Might turn out like a chucky liddell fight.

And I am going to throw this out there....
Armwrestling is 100-times more interesting if there is some kind of back-story presented such as occupation, family, armwresting history, past matches, etc, etc.

I dont see why someone hasnt pasted Chuck myself with those wimpish looking arms he has. I wondered how he was delivering all this knock out power and hasnt broke a bone yet. Seriously if babaloo had not gotten impatient..... Has Chucky ever gone the full set of rounds? I dont know how much money has been spent so far just to have him finish it before it got to a good fight. The first time somone comes around that can avoid getting punched in their face by him he is gonna get his butt whipped He looks alot like some of the redneck bullies from school when I was a kid attending class at Mountain Gap Thank God for the stun gun I once had a guy try to beat me up when I was in the 4th grade. He was in the 10th grade but he was 26 years old. He claimed I called his girlfriend "she was in the 6th grade" a ""HO"". I swear I didnt do it because quite frankly I dont think she was old enough to be a ho. If it had not been for some gorilla looking redneck named Sam standing up for me I probably wouldnt be here today. He was smarter anyway in the 11th grade and 25 years old. He wasnt set back though . He just got a late start. You know life on the farm will do that . Chuck sure has a way about that punch. Bing and its over . Out of everyone in the UFC I think I like Dana more than any of them. I think I might be able to take him but I guess no one can really judge a book by its cover.

TROY DANE HODGES
Why don't you, ARMTV, set it up.
E-mail him back and tell to put his money where his mouth is. Depending on where he lives, Travis might show up for a $1000.00.
