Jake, Im going to hit it hard in January. get down to 154 again and then stay there until Nationals and go to 143's. My body type is like Rick. Same height, same bald head. HAHA. Im going to keep working the hook. I have to much bicep strength not to work with it. Ill work with you Allen and Harold on it and get some pointers from Simon when I can talk to him and meet up with him. Is all the B.S. still going on like this morning?  ?? |

Talked with Matle offline and everything seems cool now. Dont think im going to let you run over me with that hook either brother. You got me hungry. Maybe something at Harolds tourney could be set up for us like a supermatch if you want or do you just want to pull 54s. I think i will pull 76s though
