My goals are:
Win Arnold Classics at 154lbs
Win Armwars at 154lbs
Retain my British title at 154lbs
Place top 2 at the world championships 143lbs (If i can make that weight ever again!)
Repair my elbow!
Bench press 220lbs for 8 reps
Bicep hold 154lbs for 10 seconds
Do 5 1-arm pullups from a straight arm position
And depending on whether i go or not:
Defend my Golden Arm title at 154lbs
Place top 3 at Europeans 154lbs

OH hell no Frank I don't want to see you in the 198's Your a big fella and should stay in the 220's hehehe Damn it's bad enough I'm gonna have to be dealing with Ron Ermini and Josh and now YOU? I need a drink By July 2007 I will be 200 Lbs , and no weaker i might add

Top 3 at Nationals left and right handed, hold Vasgen up for atleast 3 seconds and cut weight in a much smarter effecient way

But it also appears in the armwrestling joke section at the end of each year of this site too went up a few Now 235 ...first step 231 January then 220 March then 209 June 198 August and last but not least a time machine to bring back my 1986 body and strength
