I posted this last year and some of the goals were comical. Like Mike West trying to get this thing to Toproll ;D And Matl'e gaining 60 Lbs and beating Jacob Abbott . Though he has put some on his 150 lb 2005 -2006 frame My goal to reach 198 by mid 2006 fell short by 40 pounds Some did come true Rob Bigwood did beat me in a hook and then some 2007Try and stay healthy get the hand and elbow feeling as good as it can. Have fun Embrace Masters Surprise someone somewhere And Last But Not least Make 198 or 209 Cough ! Cough!

HAHA Yes I have put on some weight, but this year I'm going to 176 dieted down solid. I think I will lower that weight from 60 to 50lbs this year, flip it and then have Jake losing 50lbs instead of me gaining it I'm sure if we had a pull at 176 I would win... Though he would be dead from that type of weight loss, but still its a win In al seriousness I believe that Mr. Guy Lasorsa will become a world champion again in the masters and have a great showing in the open of many tournaments. Through personal experience with the man I feel safe to say that he is looking to dig deep and do what he has his sights set for. 209, 220 whatever he wants he can do it. Now Travis Miller, Jarod Cash and Brandon Dye are three of my friends who I would love to see put it all together this year with hard training, dedication and the confidence to go in anywhere and win. All three of them don't have training regularly available, but still seem to do amazing things on the table. Jarod moved to Travis' neck of the woods, but Travis has been away from home working so much that don't get to pull. Poor Brandon never has anyone to pull with, and is in the Air Force so its even harder for him to train. I hope that all three of them get a chance to get hunkerd down and ready for some of the bigger pulls that are sure to come this next year. John "Guido" Stanton can and will be ready for a great showing at the 187lb class for tournaments that offer it. I see him placing in the top three at any major tourney that has that class for him. These are just some things off the top f my head that I want to see happen with my friends. We will see what the great state of Alaska does to my body before I go out on a limb making predictions for myself.

Gaining more muscle thruout the year while staying in the -110kg
Placing top 3 in the Golden Arm novice heavyweight in about 2 months.
Go to as many tournaments as i can.
Biggest goal: Placing top 3 in Nationals -110kg. might be possible depending on wich people show up and if the pro heavier and lighter guys havnt decided to go to -110. Hopefully top 2 wich means i can compete at the EAF that is only 250km from my home. Not the most likly thing to happen tho ;D .

To train harder this year, alot harder. Start to compete with some of the good pros. Place higher at the unifieds and stay healthy at a solid 200lbs, which is where I feel good.
