right and left hand
154: 1. mat'le mcdaniel 2. jake smith 3. gary alves
176: 1. harold ryden 2. jarod cash 3. travis miller 4. 5. 198: 1. bryan johnson 2. Scott Partington 3. darren wartena
198-242 1. jacob abbott 2. tom nelson 3. 243+ 1. sammie hattabaugh 2. steve phipps 3. tom sorbie

Brandon, California, Nevada, and Montana are not in the Northwest. Idaho could be included but would more than likely be Rocky Mountain region.

well the northwest could be expanded alittle to make it worthy of rankings: i think northwest would be california, oregon, washington, idaho, nevada and possibly montana???

I initially had forums set up for all regions of the country, but I ended up deleting 2-3 of them because they weren't being used.
I would gladly set up some new forums again, if there is enough demand. I think the tricky part is getting everyone on the same page regarding proper 'regions'.

154 should have Vasgen as first. I dont think Matle is proven enough to be ranked in the top 3. Jaime sheldon should be right there and Lenny lockheart should be among the top left handed and possibly ranked right handed. allen fisher should be 1st in the right handed 176 and then Harold, 198-242 should have John Woolsley and the 242+ should definately have scott cibrowski and eric woofel(wrong spelling i know)

Thanks Brandon and sorry I was trying to get in as much time with old friends from the old days this week... I'll call you tomorrow from the cell. As far as me not being proven enough... Thats fine to say and I value what each and every puller thinks. I value more what they think about themselves than what they think about me. I have pulled many world class men and have knocked more than enough off... At 154 w/out injury I feel I have no competition on the west coast, barring a match with Vazgen that I have yet to fullfil, but none the less thats why when I train on a table or with weights I adjust for certain people. This next year should be the first in two years where I wasn't plagued with injuries that I would ignore and regret later. Brandon and the crew up here know what I can do and have seen me take out the best in north america at 154... Thats good enough for me. Hmmmm... And quite a few at 176 also. 2 of the 3 on the 76 list fall to me regularly though it makes no difference to me as I could care less about rankings and thats why I got half way through them and stopped, because it was all to mind numbing.

Us farm boys shovel enough snow, poop and whatever the country can throw at us and we will get strong enough.

Doncha think if Montana and Idaho are included as "Northwest" rankings that maybe Colorado and Wyoming would fit in there somewhere, at least to add a few good pullers to the list?
