So that's gorilla boy. I had the good fortune to meet Paul. That guy is a beast. The man's daily routine includes 300 pull ups...approx 100 of 3 different styles, sets of 30 something. By the way, he currently weighs 255. 300 pull ups per day at 255.
That was no walk in the park for Tim Bresnan. That was an incredibly stacked class.

He had been around 230 or so pretty consistently leading up to the tournament. And yes, he is a beast. He has been training with the South Carolina team for a little while now and if he keeps progressing the way he has since starting to train with them he's going to make some waves.

And yes, it was a stacked class, but that's what you get at a world championship. No easy matches. Gotta love it.

Tell us how you really feel Christian. He won some matches and lost to some respectable opponents. If he's going to continue competing in the supers he's going to need to work on his inside power because he won't always be able to beat these big guys outside. But is it hard to fault him for losing to Travis Bagent, Marcio Barboza, and Tim Bresnan? Rozbora is no slouch either.
