Hahaha...Nigerian email scam. I get one or two daily in hotmail. I can't remember what it was called, but there is a website run by guys dedicated to screwing with these kinds of scammers. There are pictures, phone audio, etc. of the scammers just getting toyed with. It's good for a laugh or twelve.

Yeah I was trying to sell my bass guitar amp on Myspace and I had some guy wanting to buy it for more than I was asking. I talked to him online about the condition of the amp and whatnot, then he came back with needing my address so that his "personal" courier could pick it up and he would send me a cashier's check. He wanted to get this done quickly before the weekend because he was flying out of town on business. I thought it was kind of fishy so I checked on Myspace about how to tell if you are getting scammed and this guy did everything they said to watch out for. People like this piss me off.

Have you seen the NBC news special (Chris something or other is the host) where they tried to catch one of these bums? Pretty amusing when the guy started sweating...
