I agree with you Bob.
Leonard, Bill Collins, and Jacob all are fair and strong enough to not get intimidated. Steve Phipps is a very good down side Ref, as is Steve Jeffreys.

Karen is brought in for major events where neutrality is needed. She is the best at registration and weigh-ins in my opinion (even though 1/10 of a pound matters) and does not favor certain pullers to others.
She gets a top 5 vote from me!

I would have to say my favorite refs are... Karen Bean by far, Leonard Harkless, Steve Petis, and of course MYSELF!! I have seen alot of other refs but have never personally had them ref any of my matches! Hey Allen... Keith/ Kage is actually my boss and I will let him know that you said Hello.

I would have to say that Alan Berget, George Dieble, Steve Pettis, are some of the best in the midwest. Casy Martin from Fl. I would ref with any time. Mr. Cobra Rhodes has also reffed a few times in this area and does a good job. Joel Blink was also an great ref to work with wish he would come back. Ed Fitzgerald from Mi is also a good ref. Karen Bean is also one that I would ref with at any time.
