does anyone know how to convert a mp3 file to file that can be put on cd and played in a regular cd player?

Ryan, if you have Roxio EZ CD Creator you can automatically convert your mp3's by selecting the files and dragging to the lower window of the program (provided you have the program to make an "Audio" cd.). As it is released into the lower window it converts from .mp3 to a .wav
From this point put in your blank cd and select burn. Are you sure it isn't that music you said the artist didn't want the large companies to get a hold of? There may be an encryption blocking your attempts.

windows audio is tougher to convert to any other type of file....I think microsoft is set out to take over the world... maybe I should buy more shares of microsoft
