Well, they do wear GOWNS! Maybe Pres. Bush didn't see the large moustache and goat-t. He does look kinda cute if you were to remove those glasses. 
Come'on Garrett, you know you got jealous when you saw the Prince with Bush. Just like Ryan got hot-n-bothered. ;D
Seriosly though, I saw that guy walking by himself on TV and he is decrepit. Pres. Bush doesn't need him to trip on a root, mole hill, or his gown; not good public relations while the cameras are rolling.
