Paul that is the summary of the only study I have seen on the subject that indicates there is any anabolic properties to any form of flavone, you see they are referencing ipriflavon not isoflavone, I am not a biochemist so I am not sure of the difference. Engin I too could not find anything to indicate that it was banned in this form or any form of flavone, not on the WADA site or on the Australia Sports Doping site, (these guys have put some serious work into detailing doping for their athletes. www.asda.org.au/index.htm

ive just read through the norteen stuff and it really doesnt mention to much on the isoflavone but if you look at the testing checklist its a boarderline supplement as a whole so more investagation could be needed

But, it would make your Testo levels high enough to fail a WADA test!! I see this as being a problem too - supplements that can boost ur levels to an illegal high. Even though you may have been through the engredients with a fine tooth comb against the 'banned' list! Be careful guys! wise

What if anything are you gents across the pond doing to ensure you are not inadvertently in possession of anything that will cause you a problem with the WADA testing?
Simply trying to be careful about what you are taking?

Up till a 2 years ago I spent about $100.00 a month on GNC supplements. I was eating whey protein about 3 times a day to help get 300 grams of protein a day.
Since then I spend about $15.00 a month (not at GNC). I take whey protein once a day in the morning, and I'm not convinced that whey protein helps, just that it doesn't hurt. I take creatine (cheapest I can buy) and glutamine for 6 weeks leading up to a tournament.
Fix your nutrition, stay out of GNC, disregard everything you learned through or from bodybuilding. Bodybuilding has ruined strength training in America.
Prohormones work, especially if stacked with tribulus.
Steroids. Never used them, I'm convinced they work. I considered them once, so started researching them. I didn't trust any information from America because we are so biased against them. I figured the Russians and the Ukrainians would be informative because the use of steroids is not stigmatized there. I typed armwrestling into a translation website and converted it to Ukrainian. I found a Ukrainian website that sold steroids. It also had an article written by a doctor describing steroid use. It agreed with everything the story Simon refers too. If the Ukrainians think steroids are dangerous then I do too. Besides armwrestling is a piss poor reason to put your families future at risk. If I played pro ball, or boxing or something then it may be justified for several million dollars a year. It is definitely not worth it for a sport that you lose money on.

I am not convinced that you would kill yourself but as in most things in life, it is all about risk vs gain. To me or for me there is not enough gain in armwrestling to risk jailtime or health concerns.
I know I have said that I take a lot of stuff, (nothing stronger than GNC stuff) in more detail I take.
A natural supplement for high cholesterol, (mine is a little higher than my doctor wants it to be, hey I love the triple with cheese)
Potassium (I do not like Bananas) Taurine NO2 Creatine Fish Oil Flax Seed Oil Triple Concentrated Cranberry Calcium 1200 D Isoflavone, (promotes bone density) Milk Thistle (Advil can reek havoc on your liver) A Joint supplement A natural Testosterone booster A homeopathic GH stimulator
Most of this stuff is just good health supplements not performance enhancing substances.

I worked at GNC earlier this year. You get a 30% discount, but that's about what you need to only get ripped off halfway. The prices are so inflated it makes me want to puke. On the other hand, I take TriFlex from GNC and it is in my opinion the absolute best thing you can take for your joints. As far as protein, I use probably the cheapest brand, optimum nutrition...but, double rich chocolate is as close to Nestle Quick as you can get in my opinion!! the only other thing I take on a regular basis is a multivitamin, and I don't waste my money on Men's Mega, I just get some Centrum from walmart when I run out.
I reverted my harsh feelings about NO2 after trying it again for 3 months straight without missing a single dosage, but now that I don't get the 30% discount, it's simply not affordable.
As far as the strength supplement that has and always will continue to work, you can't go wrong with creatine as long as you don't take it for longer than 6 weeks and drink a boat load of water. And like todd said, there's no reason to get anything but the cheapest kind. I've used the high price ethyl ester version and gotten almost identical results with monohydrate.
just my 2 cents.

I just started taking that Triflex because it was on sale, nothing specific to report on it yet.
NO2 is viable and better than any others I have tried.
Creatine, I have tried over a dozen in various forms, and CellTech gave me the best results, but frankly it was not worth the hassle and discomfort of having to choke it down. I would strongly disagree about them all being created equally, I have tried several versions of the newer generation pill forms and most are pure crap, one Esther version I think stands alone though, however in my opinion Cell Tech probably out performs them all.

In Mondays N.Y. Post: A NYC Corrections Offiicer was reinstated back on the job AFTER it was found that the Peruvian green tea he drink the night before a piss test came up positve for cocaine. He was fired, remembered drinking the tea, got the tea from the person who gave it him, and it was tested to have the same level of cocaine, as was in the Officer.......

Christian do you think cocaine was listed on the ingredients of the tea? I guess it was a good thing for him he had some mechanism to be able to appeal this finding within that process or he would be in a bad way now wouldn't he. ;D Next is the muffin with the hidden poppy seeds.
