Just curious of what other training or sports you are in voled in besides arm wrestling.
I'm currently working on getting my lower back in shape. I've had alot of trouble with it in the past.
I just started lifting again after about 2 years away from it, other than some back raises.
Last week i got one of my atlas stones off the ground and this week I went to 365 on dead lift. I'll wait a few more weeks before raising the weight. All I'm after is to do 405 for a few singles without pain. I feel that is an adequate amount of strength.

Ping Pong. I just love it. I quit for 7 years and have just started playing in a mini league again. I've lost 10 lbs in 2 months trying to get back some of my former Gump-form.
