I was also a comic geek. Some of the ones I have are rare but not real old. The complete set of Aliens, Terminator, and Predator. Those were about 50 bucks when I bought them about 16 years ago ,not sure what they are worth now. I have lots of Batman too. I have the second Spawn and a bunch of the first 20 issues or so. One I am interested to see if it's worth something is "Nightmare On Elm Street", I have the two issues they put out before they lost the rights to make the comics. They pulled all the issues of the shelves, I got them two days before.

I have both when Superman dies (black cover) and when he comes back (white cover). When I was collecting comics I would always buy two copies of each; one to read and one to keep sealed. I haven't done it yet, but you could look in a Wizard (book which tells the current value of comics) and it will tell you what you will want to know. Remember, they are only worth the amount one is willing to pay for it. I guess I have close to 400+ comics. I will list them at a later time......goodnight.......zzzzzZZZzzZZZzzzZZZZzzzZZZZZZzzzzz.....

The movie was too long.

it exactly the same length as the first superman. and there were many lines that were taken directly from the first
but if you want to talk about too long, King Kong was unneccasarily long.
for a movie to really have no ending. 3 hrs is pushing was beyond the limits. there were scenes in king kong that could have trimmed so much you couldve saved an hour on a lil bit more editing.

Yes, King Kong was way too long.
I'm a huge moviebuff, so trust me, I've enjoyed my fair share of 2.5-3 hour films. But some films are just long and didn't have to be. Or the theme is just not something worth stretching over that period of time. The film wasn't bad, but I didn't enjoy it very much.

i hear ya.
I was really expecting superman to flop big time.
But they stayed close to the original, they couldnt fail that way.....yet soo close they used several of the exact same lines.....which im sure they did that on purpose.
