My brother picked up any antlerless for mule and elk. We had a bunch of the advanced early hunters up two weeks ago and they got skunked. We don't know why, but it could be because of a snow melt off. The herd moved somewhere, but where I have no idea. The open fence ranches reported no new animals coming in so I think they could have gone to a more vegitated spot on the higher river banks. I'll post when we finally get the bulls in and we can see where they were coming from.

Trent,
Could you hook me up with some kind of hunt? It would have to be different than normal as I am in the wheel chair. I can ride a 4 wheeler no problem. I would love to kill a big Mule Deer or Elk. Maybe we could armwrestle some too!! Let me know. I have some cash but not a fortune to spend. Thanks in advance.

You know, they make special tags for people like Trent. We have to pin it on his lapel before he goes into public so he will know his name and what bus to ride. The short one, Trent, the short one!

Trenton, I dont know where you are in WY. But they had about 160 domesticated elk escape from their farm, In ashton Idaho, and they are going to have a deprivation hunt, hunting licenceand tag required, But you dont have to tag it. Hear say says that there was at least seven 20,000 dollar bulls in the group. thouhgt yopu migt like to know. (they also have kicked in thier wild instints so you cant walk up and pop one. I think a good bow hunt is heating up, you also have to identify them by the small brown tag in ear.

I' not sure whats going on now the owner is trying to sue the state of Idaho. Cause the fish and game is shooting them, and not doing the hunt and he want to try to round them up first. Know Ashton well? you must be around there, I live in Driggs right down the road if you are ever in the country, give me a ring I'd like to practice.
