Well don't that beat all, Allen!? I tried making an okra cake for you with a few dozen candles on it, but for some reason I couldn't get the candles to stay in place... I think you ought to take some time to reflect on how you've been just a little too reserved on this Board... Open up. Tell us what you think. Show us the real you! Happy B'day Bubba! Edit: the birthday news is old, as is Allen now. But I'm sure he would like to hear from you all. But be prepared - he might answer...

Thanks guys, except for Stanton. Stanton, at least you'll start farting dust before I will. Bob, this board couldn't handle it if I let loose; chaotic to say the least.

Thanks Trent! Just have my present ready for me when I get there.
That is why I wanted to stay for the extra 2 days, so I can be here for my birthday.
Anyways, I am hitting the road after I post this, so I'll see you in a couple of days.
BTW, I remembered where I put those LED lights.

Thanks a lot! Yes, it was a great day and the family threw me a birthday party for me last weekend. We had a lot of friends over and watched the LSU and Florida game. Got drunk that night though. ................

well on a birthday what can you say. I still afford myself once a year to kill off the cells even though I always feel bad except once. If you ever go to Tokyo drink the beer. No hangover and it kind of tastes like apples or something similar but just faintly. I ate calzone two nights in a row and slugged down multiple pitchers without feeling really bad.
ps. family days are what its all about. You deserved it . Sounds like you have been on the move for months now.

I most certainly have, James. My butt hurts from driving all over this country. I called Nancy earlier and told her she could never call me a, "fat a$$" anymore. It is more along, "flat a$$". Word of advice to everyone. Do not drive with your wallet in your back pocket. It tends to press on your sciatic nerve and you won't be able to walk afterwards. Not that I did that on this trip. I found that out a long time ago. My time with the family was very VERY enjoyable and always is. Just read my signature below.

Man I know where you are coming from on the wallet. it can really hurt you. I hate even thinking about you limping around after that cause I have felt it as well. now days I tilt the wheel high and turn on the auto pilot anywhere I can. That way I can survive. If I drive I also get there early to recover . Driving is one of the most damaging things I endure on the way to a tourney. Alot of people just dont know. It takes me a day just to get over feeling like someone beat the heck out of me lol.

I was working with a trainer a few years ago who also mentioned the wallet issue wreaking havoc. It is a major cause of back problems in men. Sounds funny, but it is serious! Plus, you risk bending those friggin' credit cards.... A solution that worked for me was to get a wallet that was too big to fit into my pocket, since I couldn't train myself easily to stop doing it.
So, now that I've completely ignored the original thought behind the thread, I steer towards this: Allen, yes, "old school member" now takes on deep meaning you old fart. I will always be able to say that since I've got a few years on ya. My wife didn't bite yet on a trip to Baton Rouge in July... Give me more reasons.

Allen,
I need more reasons as well, my wife isn't for it either, that is unless you can give me pictures of a beach close by
