Trust me, I know I have been called at least 85% of what's out there.
The other 15% are the good ones.

Hi Allen My brother is a dentist.......... I don't know if he'll accept a can of green mucilage for payment, though. So, does John's categorization fall in with the 85 % or the 15 % Hi Allen Bye Allen

So, does John's categorization fall in with the 85 % or the 15 % Hi Allen Bye Allen The 85%. The only thing is, John is speaking of his own toothless orifice. Tell your brother he'll go hungry waiting on me to come to him; if he is your brother you would have him pull my teeth and then send them to John. That would just be wrong man, just wrong. Hi Bob!

Hi Allen.
Wrong is that my brother doesn't armwrestle. Although, I did get him to go to a small tourney once years ago - natural hook. He's 6'3", about 260 lbs.
That, my friend, is a big dentist. He can damage teeth as easily as he can fix them....
Bye Allen.

That's probably why he went into that profession, to ensure return business by knocking out teeth. Does he wear an ex-president mask when he does it?

Hi Allen.
He looks like he's wearing a mask all the time...
I shouldn't slam him when he doesn't have a chance to defend himself (or to knock out my teeth), since he's not a member. I'll see him in a few weeks; I'll convince him to sign up on the Board.
Later Amigo

Devin, er.... Allen: with all the money you're making running back kickoffs, you should now be able to hold the First Allen Hester Memorial Armwrestling Tournament, commemorating your many years of dedication to the sport that broke you into football...
I seem to be the only one talking to you. Why's that? Well, Nancy is too. But not in this thread...
Don't sweat it. That's one more than the number of people talking to me!
Hi Devin

Hey JD, no immediate plans for Gaithersburg. My boss is taking all those trips now - that's good and bad. One bad result is that I won't get United Premier this year for the first time in years..... Bummer. There's a conference there in March, but I have a guy in my group going to that one. He doesn't armwrestle. But he does work on the grippers in my office... Believe me, a boring life can sometimes be a blessing in disguise... What? Allen? Are you still here?

I seem to be the only one talking to you. Why's that? Well, Nancy is too. But not in this thread... Don't sweat it. That's one more than the number of people talking to me! You two are the only ones publicly speaking to me. I guess everyone else is too ashamed to be caught talking to me in public. Sure is disheartening.

Hey since this is titled the talk to Allen Hester thread let me ask a few Q's? ? How long have you been pulling Allen? What would you deem your biggest win? What got you involved in the sport? Are you stronger than you have ever been? What weight class do you pull? I just like getting to know about other armwrestlers. -Johnny-

How long have you been pulling Allen?
About 5 years, off and on. Nothing too serious. I have never really devoted myself to the training aspect of this sport. I would, however, love to focus on just one thing, but martial arts has taken ahold of me moreso than armwrestling. The reason being is, I am now on a schedule for testing and I need to be ready for that. _____________________________________
What would you deem your biggest win?
Never really thought of one. I really can't say for sure. But, if I had to chose as to which matches it would be with Shane Alger and Blake Higginbotham at Louisiana State Championship in 2004, or was it in 2005?
I had been not training at all and my performance was better that day than it had been in the past.

What got you involved in the sport?
I had always armwrestled at work (not advisable) and one day, Carl Seigen, a good friend of mine, came and asked if I would be interested in going to an armwrestling practice with him at Craig Tullier's house. After going a couple of times I liked it and have been in it since. ______________________________
Are you stronger than you have ever been?
No, I feel I was stronger in '05 than any time in my life. I don't know why. After '05 Unifieds I had a lot of changes happen in my life which affected my day-to-day work, thus affecting my endurance.
After my testing this month I will be training more in armwrestling.

What weight class do you pull?
On any given day it would be 187 lb class, but if I trained and tried I would make it to the 176 lb class and be comfortable there, even at my present conditioning.
I guess I need to start eating okra again, it helped a great deal in the lack of training. Right Pea-Knob?!?!?!?!

Allen casually forgot to mention his 3rd place finish at Unified Nationals. Was it the '05 tourney? Not at all bad for a guy who doesn't even train for armwrestling.
Allen says, Eat Okra. I say, Don't.

Bob,
Too bad I was hoping you would be out this way sometime, but at least that gives me more time to get a table.
Allen,
What was that crazy stuff you study in martial arts anyway. Okra-fu?
