Has anyone seen this flick yet? I am a fan and will likely see it but wanted some feed back and opinions on it.
I know there are tons of people who oppose films like this (O'reilly) but I still like them!!!

They are pretty twisted . I think it is morally probably bad news to watch them unless you can have the right point of view. I am sure alot of people believe that if you watch this kind of thing you are certainly going to hell or maybe that the unstable element out there may use the ideas in here to attempt tocarry out their own twisted ideas. I also believe that curiousity of the average person will find them viewing it at least once. The question is are the minds of your average person who might see it strong enough to handle it or is it going to adversley affect people with more volatle psychic balances that will change them in one way or another whether it be withdrawn or extraverted results. Or simply will they back off into a paranoid shell and take their paxel or whatever. I have seen the first two once. Dont need a second viewing. I suggest anyone watching at least be deemed stable and have a better half accompany them. I dont think it would be good for anyone to watch this kind of thing over and over. Its kind of like porn . you might take a peak once in a while but at least that way it is not deemed a habit while if you watch it all the time it can affect you. get my dirft? The intellectual value has some merit but morally it is just wrong. anyway just a viewpoint . Keep it real.

I think the idea of the film is what keeps me interested, there are so many movies out there that have absolutly no point i.e. "Snakes On a Plane" . I begining to think that Hollywood thinks we are all idiots. The point of the SAW movies is to appreciate your life, although it is sick and twisted the point is still good. Not that the people put in the situations deserve to die, they just don't realize what they have. Some how I found the movie "The Hills Have Eyes" to be completely disgusting, so there are limits for me. Saw apparently is within my limits of entertainment.

Justin, I went to see it this past weekend. It is quite graphic, but I would consider it a good movie. James, I agree with some of what you said. If theres something loose in your head then maybe this wouldn't be a good movie. However if you're not a nutcase I think you could watch this 1000 times and it's not gonna turn you into someone who would like to torture and kill people. JMO

Anthony, if you could rate this movie for me. This is how I personally rate movies. 1. crap= don't bother at all 2. ok= good if there is nothing to do or you are drunk 3. good= same as above minus the drunk 4. entertaining= not great but worth watching 5. great= I'll probably watch the film more than once 6. BAD ASS= self explanatory Thanks in advance!

Yeah, the Kaufman rating scale!!!! You're damn right!!! Our sister just went to see it and said that it was by far the best of the three. Take that as you may, either way it's worth seeing from what I've heard about it.

Thanks Anthony that helps, I like to get real opinions from real people. Not those idiot movie critics. If I went by their picks I'd watching the "PIANIST" or "BROKE BACK MOUNTAIN" or some other crap.

I never made it to Broke Back Mountain much to the chagrin of Joey Milano, the man that had the lead role in the film.
