What is the legal decibel limit on home stereos?
How do you find out how loud you are in comparison to the law?
What is the time that you must be below these levels?
Any answers to these would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

What is the legal decibel limit on home stereos? When the guy in the next house can hear it. The same as when you are at a signal light and you can hear the car bassing next to you; too loud. How do you find out how loud you are in comparison to the law? Well, 75 decibels over a time weighted allotment has proven to be damaging to your hearing causing irreversible damage. So, go with 50 dbl. What is the time that you must be below these levels? 10:00 or 10:30pm is considered disturbing the peace.
