Nancy's mom was in a wreck yesterday evening and injured both legs pretty badly, and albeit not life threatening, could you keep her in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery...
Thank you from all of us here.

Sorry to hear that, Allen. I'm glad it wasn't life-threatening. Injuries aside, I know it can be scary to be in a nasty car accident - I've been in two bad ones over the years... I hope she'll recover fully.

Nancy - We will definitely continue to pray. Please keep us updated of your mom's condition and upcoming surgeries. There is nothing too big or small for God to handle.

Nancy's mom went into surgery yesterday to have pins, screws, and plates put into place. The surgery went great, but the real concern is when they were moving her from bed to bed, they kept twisting her ankles, ankles which were JUST operated on, which I am sure was causing damage. Now, I am not a doctor, nor a mechanical engineer, but wouldn't you think an ankle, sorta resembling a U-joint in a drive shaft, which can move in many angles, should have had a splint on it until she was placed in bed? I mean, it's just a freaking thought!! Sorry for the tangent... Her recovery is going alright, but has a long road ahead of her. There is NO WAY she can put even the minuscule amount of weight on her feet. The pain she said is intense. Thanks for asking, Russ.
