hello John, i have a question for you.i and one of my armwrestler friend are talking about your picture now.he thought you were ninety kg by looking at your arm size.ok the question is your bicep size.i thought it should be about 18 inches and he thinks it is even more than that.so can you tell us how big your bicep is?it really looks huge for an 80kg puller!

My bicep in that picture is exactly 18". Right now it is about 181/2", and I am feeling stonrger than I ever have, and have been walking around at 81kg. It is many of your training techniques that have made me this way. If I only had you to help with my angle techniques look out The only thing I do different is doing warmup sets with every exercise to complete failure. This seems to help me to avoid injury, but maybe that is just because I'm not a teenager anymore!

That sounds great to me. I still hope to come and see Turkey someday as I believe it was the place of mans beginning . As far as having extra weight, as you get older your body actually processes food more efficiently, and so you need less calories to maintain weight. You are about the same age as my oldest son, but neither one of you are kids any more I try not to go up and down too much in weight as for me it seems to hurt my strength, but every one is different
