I just seen ANOTHER sex offender related to a missing college person. A sex offender that has already been convicted. A man that lives in MD was released from prison who was alleged to have sexually assaulted a 7 yr. old several times. The reason he was released is because he spoke Vai(African language) and the court could not find anyone to translate. It took CNN 15 mins to find someone who spoke the language. By the way he graduated from a MD high school, and his neighbor said he could speak English. Whats this guy doing now that he is out? I could only imagine. The man who kidnapped and killed that 11 year old may not face the death penalty because he's mentally handicap. Am I the only one who thinks these nasty MF's should not take another breath on this earth? Why do these people keep on getting released from prison. Another case I seen not too far from where I live. A man shoots and killed a young man in a drive by. He got I believe 14-20. He killed a man and will be out before he's 40 Why should he not be put into the ground and save PA taxpayers approx. 700 grand over the next 20yrs. Oh, and something tells me when he gets out he may not be a law abiding citizen.

REAL sex offenders should be locked up until they turn 70 or so. The problem is what do you define as a sex offender? A 17 year old male having consensual intercourse with a 15 year old girlfriend? That may be a sin, but is a normal human behavior...no criminality involved. How about the cases where the woman lies about being raped because she gets upset with her boyfriend for something? Do you trust our justice system to determine who should be executed or locked up for life when they let men like OJ Simpson walk? The State of CT just paid a man $5,000,000 out of court for having locked him up for many years for a rape he didn't commit. What if he had been executed? If we could be 100% certain that the person was a sexual predator, and the Church gave me the OK, I would be the first in line to beat the MF to death. That's pretty much what they deserve. Hope that didn't sound too harsh.

Ok, there is a possible grey area in SOME cases. I could only imagine.I can not see a grey area here
The man who kidnapped and killed that 11 year old may not face the death penalty because he's mentally handicap, or here?

Some cases are exceedingly troubling.

Anthony I think its rediculous, a local radio station found someone who spoke the language within one show recording. I think they should be castrated.

I will not really say how I feel about these people(don't to offend anyone, or make people think I'm nuts) who get let go, or a BS punishment. Anyone remember the PA. politician who was DUI, hit someone(killed them) and left the scene. Got 3yrs. He killed him and got 3yrs. Now IMO if someone breaks into your house and you send him to God I'm all about that. But if you hit and kill someone while DUI then why shouldn't you get hammered? 3yrs. isn't sh*t for killing someone who isn't trying to kill or cause serious bodily harm.

Do you think there would be less crime if it was "an eye for an eye"?

Do you think there would be less crime if it was "an eye for an eye"? Anythony, I am a father and I know what I would do in this case; he would not draw may more breaths...provided he is guilty.
